Using this website

You're welcome to browse, read and link to this site. You may not scrape it, misrepresent our work as yours, or use it in any way that interferes with its operation or other visitors. If you submit a form, please give us accurate details — it makes the first conversation much more useful for everyone.

Quotes and projects

Every project starts with a written quote that defines scope, price and timeline. The quote is valid for 30 days. Work begins when you accept the quote and pay the deposit, typically 50%. The balance is due on launch or as the project agreement sets out. If scope changes mid-project, we re-quote the difference before doing the work — no surprise invoices.

What we ask of you

Good projects need client input: timely feedback, content and access where agreed. If feedback stalls for more than 30 days we may pause the project and reschedule the remaining work. You're responsible for ensuring any content you give us — text, images, logos — is yours to use.

Warranties and liability

We warrant that work will be done with professional care, and we fix bugs in code we wrote for 30 days after launch. Beyond that, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project — we can't be responsible for lost profits or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Maintenance plans

Care plans are month-to-month subscriptions billed in advance, cancellable anytime with notice before the next billing period. Unused change-request hours don't roll over. Plans cover the items listed on our pricing page; anything outside scope is quoted separately.
